📦 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
⚠️ We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (unless defective)
- Minor color differences due to screen display
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT provide refunds if:
- Customer provides wrong address
- Package is refused at delivery
- Product is used or damaged by customer
📦 Return Shipping
- In case of damaged/incorrect product → We cover return shipping
- In other approved cases → Customer may bear shipping cost
⏳ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is NOT possible
